YOUR PERSONAL TIME

As a regular student, we offer the possibility for a personal retreat or meditation at our eco-lodge LYRDRYAN in Spain(Valencia)

For YOGA and MEDITATION we can softly guide you all the way to Rishikesh : City of Yoga in INDIA! 1 week, 2weeks, a month,...

We kindly help you with transportation, training (group or personal), hiking,... Everything to have the most unique time of your life!

During the year you can do a 4 DAY INTENSIVE RETREAT in ANTWERP

from monday evening untill friday morning.

 

4 DAY INTENSIVE RETREAT , ANTWERP

We welcome you in our school in Antwerp (Belgium) for an intensive relaxation retreat.

3days – 4 nights

6 hours personal coaching - 17 hours of groupsclasses , as desired…

 

You ‘ll be staying at your own private room.

During these 3 days we will take you through a wide variety of relaxing disciplines (meditation, massage, yoga, taichi, qiqong….)

These will give you tools for your own personal development.

Arrival

On your own terms (if needed we can pick you up at Antwerp trainstation).
You ‘ll be showed your room and get comfortable.

 

Classes

You are free to participate in all group classes.

 

Free time / self study

You are free to our library with quiet some unique books about personal growth, use the relaxation accommodation (Personal Sauna/Shower/Bath) or visit the beautiful city of Antwerp.

Food

Morning time there will be some fruit or milk. It is not advised to eat too much before training.

Lunch/Diner : Full meals are being served. Mostly vegetarian. You are free to go out and eat at the many fine restaurants in Antwerp also. Please warn us the day before if you are not attending.

Late snacks : If you are feeling hungry after evening training we can provided some additional snacks. Though we end with meditation and it is advised to go to bed directly after.

 

Accomodation

 Everything is present (towels, bedsheets, blankets,….) You only need your own (training) clothes and some personal hygiene.

 

Please let us know in advance if you are having personal medical issues, food intolerances or previous(severe) injuries.
